These terms govern your use of the NEU Pixels website and the services we provide. NEU Pixels is a creative company, part of NeuOrigins Mediatek Private Limited (“NEU Pixels”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide brand, design, product UX/UI, video, web and marketing services for SaaS and technology businesses, either as fixed-scope projects or as monthly partnerships. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fee for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Website information and pricing

Prices and descriptions on this website are indicative starting points, exclude applicable taxes, and are not an offer. Final scope, timing, deliverables and fees are confirmed in a proposal. We may change our services and pricing at any time.

3. Proposals, payment and cancellation

• Fixed-scope projects typically require 50% payment to begin and 50% on completion, unless your proposal states otherwise.
• Monthly partnerships are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time with notice, with no fixed term, unless your proposal states otherwise.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause work.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access and approvals, and confirm that you have the right to supply any materials you give us. Delays on your side may affect timelines and fees.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you, excluding third-party materials, fonts, stock assets and software, which remain subject to their own licences. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods and templates. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is stated in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy or reuse our content without permission.

9. Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, such as funding, sales or growth, from our work.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEU Pixels is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to the terms of the proposal. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
