- Booking information: when you schedule a discovery call, your name, email address and chosen time are collected by Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which sends the invitation and any Google Meet details.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
- Questionnaire answers: answers you choose in our pricing recommendation questionnaire. These are used to show a suggestion in your browser and are shared with us only if you choose to book a call or contact us.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange discovery calls.
- To prepare proposals, quotes and agreements, and to deliver our services.
- To improve our website, services and communications.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
